We collect, process and use your personal data in compliance with the regulations of the European Union (GDPR). In no case will we pass on your personal data to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes without your consent.
What information do we collect and how do we use it?
QuestAdore collects personal data on our users, including name, username, email address and IP address. We collect information in two ways: by your voluntary submissions (for instance, when you register as a QuestCreator and submit a Quest on the app or through a web form) and through cookie technology.
Any personal Information collected is only used to administer your account (for instance keep track of played Quests and scored credits) and to provide our service. QuestAdore does not collect any information unless necessary to provide our service.
How do we protect your data?
Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. All data including Personal Information is kept and stored in the EU/EES area.
Your privacy rights and your right to be forgotten
You have the right to request the following from QuestAdore:
- Information from the responsible body (person) about the data stored about you
- Correction of incorrectly stored data
- Deletion of data that are no longer required, provided that there is no legal obligation to retain these data
- Revocation at any time of any consent given by you for the processing and use of your data, which is not required on the basis of a primary legal provision or directly for the execution of an existing contractual relationship
On request we will inform you in accordance with applicable law, whether and which personal data from you we have stored.
We will only use and store your personal data for as long as it is required for the purposes it was collected for. How long it will be stored for depends on the information in question, what it is being used for and, sometimes, statutory legal requirements.
Our policy is not to disclose personally identifiable information to unrelated third parties unless required to do so by law or legal process.
