We take your privacy seriously and we want to provide you with explicit information on how we collect, gather, and identify information during use of the QuestAdore app or when visiting the QuestAdore web site. This Privacy Policy applies to data, including personal data that is collected about you by QuesAdore. Personal data is data or a combination of individual pieces of information that could identify you.

What information do we collect and how do we use it?
QuestAdore collects personal data on our users, including name, username, email address and IP address. We collect information in two ways: by your voluntary submissions (for instance, when you register as a QuestCreator and submit a Quest on the app or through a web form) and through cookie technology.
Any personal Information collected is only used to administer your account (for instance keep track of played Quests and scored credits) and to provide our service. QuestAdore does not collect any information unless necessary to provide our service.
QuestAdore may automatically collect non-personally identifiable information and data through the use of "cookies." Cookies are small text files a Web site uses to recognize repeat users, facilitate the user's ongoing access to the site and facilitate the use of the site. "Cookies" also allow a site to track usage behavior and compile site usage information that will allow for the improvement of content. How do we protect your data?
Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. All data including Personal Information is kept and stored in the EU/EES area.

You have the right to request the following from QuestAdore:

Retention Period
